A bit about me
I’ve always been a people person, and I genuinely enjoy helping people make sense of situations that can initially feel overwhelming.
I know that speaking to somebody about debt can feel uncomfortable. You might be worried about being judged, unsure what to say or simply have no idea where to start.
That’s completely fine — you can start by simply telling me what’s going on.
I’ll take the time to understand your individual circumstances, answer your questions and explain the options that may be available.
There’s no pressure to make an immediate decision. My role is to make things clearer so you can make an informed decision about what happens next.

Do I have to know which debt solution I need?
No.
That's what we're here to help with. We'll look at your circumstances and explain the debt solutions that may be available, including their advantages, disadvantages and how they could affect you.
Is the advice really free?
Yes. There is no charge for speaking to us and receiving debt advice.
Some debt solutions may involve fees if you decide to enter them. Any applicable fees will be clearly explained before you make a decision.
Will my information be kept private?
Yes. The information you provide is treated confidentially and handled securely.
We understand that discussing money and debt can feel very personal, so we'll always aim to make the conversation feel private and comfortable.
Will I be judged?
Absolutely not.
People experience financial difficulties for all sorts of reasons. My job isn't to judge how you got here — it's to understand where you are now and help you understand the options available.
Do I have to make a decision straight away?
No. There's no obligation to proceed with anything simply because you've spoken to us.
We'll explain your options and give you the information you need to make an informed decision.
